If your order has arrived, tell us how it went. We publish what you write, whether it is glowing or not — an honest set of reviews is worth more to the next parent than a perfect one.

How we handle reviews

We only publish reviews from people who ordered the product and received it. That is what the order reference is for.
We publish critical reviews as well as positive ones, and we do not reorder them to put the good ones first.
We never write reviews ourselves, buy them, or copy them from a supplier listing.
If a product was gifted or discounted in exchange for a review, the review is labelled Gifted product on the page.
We remove a review only if it is not about the product, identifies someone, or is abusive — never because it is negative.
